Still, you have to admire the courage of its cast to open the emotional floodgates. His character doesn’t really belong in the movie and is the first to exit, at which point “I Melt With You” goes seriously haywire and begins to self-destruct. In the most preposterous scene he has a drunken, bisexual threesome with a couple of local folks. And Tim blames himself for the deaths of his sister and his boyfriend, but he offers no specifics.
